New Cern subdetectors built on IBS machines show outstanding results
Being at the forefront of innovation often entails engineering solutions to complex developments that manifest their outcomes years later. A few years back, we supplied 8 ALICIA machines to CERN and partners that assisted in upgrading the ALICE detector at the Large Hadron Collider, and recently, with the start of Run 3, the first results of the new developments were unveiled.
